Diwali corporate gift ideas for clients and staff

Updated 19 October 2026

Diwali is the one time of year when almost every company in India gives a gift — to clients, dealers, staff and channel partners. The gifts that work are the ones people keep using after the sweets are finished: something on the desk, on the wall or in the bag, with your logo on it for the rest of the year.

Gifts that stay in use

Diaries and planners for the year ahead

A diary given at Diwali is opened again in January, and used every working day after that. Our New Year diaries and notebooks come in A5, B5 and A6 sizes, with planner pages for the coming year; your logo is embossed or printed on the cover. Most start at 100 to 300 pieces.

Wall clocks and table clocks

A wall clock hangs in a client's office or a dealer's shop for years, with your name on the dial. Table clocks suit a desk, and some come with a pen stand built in.

Gift sets

An executive gift set — a diary with a pen and other desk pieces, in a box — looks considered without costing a great deal. Sets are packed and boxed with your logo on the pieces.

Bags

A jute, canvas or non-woven bag is used for shopping and travel long after the festival, and carries your name wherever it goes. Bags suit staff gifting and dealer meets.

Pens and desk items

For a large list — every retailer of a dealer network, say — promotional pens, pen stands and paper weights keep the cost per person low while still putting your logo on a desk.

Matching the gift to the person

  • **Key clients:** a premium diary or an executive gift set, with a personal note.
  • **Dealers and retailers:** wall clocks, table clocks and pen stands — things that sit where their own customers see your name.
  • **Employees:** bags, diaries or a combination set; many companies give the same gift to everyone and a better one to managers.
  • **Large lists on a budget:** see promotional gifts under ₹100 and corporate gifts from ₹100 to ₹500.

Plan backwards from the day you hand them out

A Diwali order has three steps before anything is made, and leaving them late is the most common reason gifts arrive after the festival.

1. Choose the products and quantities. Every product page shows its minimum order and its price per piece for each quantity band.

2. Approve the design. You pay a small design & approval charge of ₹250, adjusted in your bill, and our studio sends the design with your logo in place.

3. Confirm the final quotation with delivery, then we make and brand the order.

Most products show about 15 days to make once the design is approved, and delivery time depends on your city and whether it goes by air or surface. Add a few days for your own approvals, and order early in October for gifts in the first week of November.

Keeping it simple for a big list

  • Pick two or three gifts rather than ten: one for clients, one for staff, one for dealers.
  • Order a little more than the list. A few extra pieces cover new joiners and missed names.
  • Send one logo file in good quality — a vector file (AI, CDR, PDF or SVG) prints sharpest.

The Diwali corporate gifts page brings the festive range together in one place, and you can download any of it as a PDF catalogue to share with your team before you decide.
